The most important thing in our life is our mind. It is the base of everything. Of our thoughts, behaviour, feelings, memory...The bigest dvantage of your mind is that it si just yours. Nobody can see your thoughts, because if this was possible it would be disaster, so big.

Our mind is create as we grow. I tis create by our parents, friends and also of course as you are getting older you started to create it yourself. You have your own opinions, ideas, feelings, thoughts. I believe that everyone is somewhere really good person, but sometimes it is really deep. Our mind can be affected by many things. Like some illnes or alcohol, drugs, stress, anger but also happines or love.

For example what forced people to kill??What take place in mind of murder?I think nobody knows. But i think that if one person can kill his head is not normal.. There has to be some mental disorder, or illnes.

How i said our mind can be affected by several things. Now i am going to describe what happens with our mind during some of these cases.

Like the first alcohol. As first I will mention why exactly people drink alcohol even they know what could happen. There are several reasons. I think that the biggest amount of people who drunk are teenagers. Why they do this?Again there are sevral reasons. They are bored and they just want to have fun. Or maybe they think that they will look older and cool.I think that drinking alcohol is not so bad but only if you are able to control yourself. Because if you´re no table to do it, than there can be really bad consequences. Like poisoning of alcohol or vomiting. Or you can lose your memory for a while. If a person is drunked his feelings and behaviour os not like usuall, it´s really different. People usually lose their scruples and they are more open and more honest. There are something like stages during the drinking. First is when you just drink something like wine or Champagne just for a goos mood and fun. Here you are just more loosey-goosey and you can communicate without problem even if you have problems with it in normal life. Than the second is when you drink more, you lose your scruples and you´re doing thins not normal for you. You feel absolutely free and your mind is clear, you are not worried about anything and you have just positive thoughts. Than the third when you drink a lot, you lose bsolutely your mind you do not know what you´re doing and soemtimes you don´t remember it. And than there are the last stages when you´re vomiting and you´re poisoining by alcohol and there is need an ambulance. In this cases we cannot talk about mind because there is no mind i think. Also alcohol cuuting down your inteligence usually. And one more thing, When you´re drunk you are usually really horny. So like a conclusion i should say that we can live wihout alcohol that´s true but sometimes it´s needed. But to a limited extend. Just for mood ad fun when you need forget.

Than drugs. Drugs are something absolutely else than alcohol. I tis frst muchu ch more dangerous and for your mind the worst thing. When you´re using drug you go to another worlD. For a while you liev absolutely somewhere else. Your mind creates another world which is the best for you. It sounds good that you can have your own world but in fact it so dangerous. This world depends on your personal state. How you feel during the moment you use a drug. So teher is big possibility that you can kill yourself but coursly unintetional. When you use drug i tis like to create a new mind for you. But this mind is such a dangerous. You have just bad thoughts, your mind and your body started to be dependent on these drugs and those feelings related with it.And than i tis really hard to go back to your normal life. Conclusion is simple. Do not never use a drug, any kind.

Now your mind can be also affected by your personal feelings. Like for example stress or anger. These feelings are created in your mind, but they are dangerous. If you are in stress you are not able tp think normally, you´re telling stupidities and you´re really close and afraid of everything. Your mind is close. And also it also affect your health as well. Than anger can eb really dangerous as well. When you are angy on someone you can do so many things in passion which you can regret later. For example if you´re having an argument wih someone you are also not thinking your mind is close and you´re just telling so bad thing which may hurt another person. And you can for example destroy your friendship. The worst thing you can do in passion od anger is to kill someone. This usually can happen for example between two partners. One cheats another and when the second partner released it he can be really angry and thany he lose his mind everything is black thee is just one feeling: revenge. But for these cases there are many solutions. You can visits classes od self- control where trained teachers teach you how to not lose your mind and stay calm and how to control your feelings. These classes are really usefulJ

But of course you don´t have to behave strange only if there are bad things like drugs, you can behave strange also thanks to good feelings or thoghts. Like is happines or love. When are people in love they behave more madly like under influece of the alcohol. When people are in love they minds feel great. They are free, happy there only positive thoughts everything seems to be pink and people are absolutely mads. But this is the most important of our feelings which can our mind produce.

These were not all of the affects which can affect our ind but some of the basic.

Now i am going to talk what happend with us during the sleeping and why we dreaming. Why our mind produce dreams, and why we have to sleep.

There isn't an automatic "switch" that flips off when we fall asleep and on when we wake up, says Dr. Leonid Kayumov, director of the sleep clinic at U of T's psychiatry department and the University Health Network's Toronto Western Hospital. "There are several stages we go through in the night."

In the first stage, we are lying in bed awake but feeling drowsy. We can still hear cars speeding by the bedroom window or our partner coughing next to us. In the second stage, consolidated sleep, we're lightly dozing but can be wakened easily with a firm shake. However, we've lost touch with the outside world. "People spend 50 per cent of their sleep time in this phase although its function is still not clear," Kayumov says.

The third and fourth stages are characterized by deep or restorative sleep. It is during these stages that we receive our most restful sleep. Insomniacs, people suffering from depression, substance abusers or shift workers almost never reach these stages, he says. "They never feel rested."

Once we move through the first four phases, we enter the REM stage (Rapid Eye Movement). "We have all heard the expression 'sleeping like a log,'" Kayumov says. "Well, during REM, our bodies are doing quite the opposite. Our heart is palpitating quickly; our eyes are darting back and forth beneath our eyelids; our brain metabolism is working in overdrive."

And, during REM, we dream, says Kayumov. While we'll have numerous dreams in this stage, we'll only remember those that occur in the morning hours just before we wake up. Scientists also believe that REM sleep may also play an important role in learning and memory.

The first four stages and the initial REM stage take about 90 minutes. Then, the whole cycle begins again, repeating itself four to six times over the course of the night, finishing with REM during the early hours of the morning before waking. The hours just before we wake are also prime times for heart attacks, Kayumov says. "So sleep can be very dangerous but very necessary. If we don't sleep for 10 days, we will die. In contrast, humans can go 60 days without food."

Dreaming is the perception of sensory images during sleep, in a sequence which the sleeper/dreamer usually perceives more as an apparent participant than an observer. Dreaming is stimulated by the pons and mostly occurs during the REM phase of sleep.

People have proposed many hypotheses about the functions of dreaming. Sigmund Freud postulated that dreams are the symbolic expression of frustrated desires that had been relegated to the subconscious, and he used dream interpretation in the form of psychoanalysis to uncover these desires. Scientists have become skeptical about the Freudian interpretation, and place more emphasis on dreaming as a requirement for organization and consolidation of recent memory and experience. See Freud:The Interpretation of Dreams

Rosalind Cartwright stated that "One Function of dreams may be to restore our sense of competence...it is also probable that in many times of stress, dreams have more work to do in resolving our problems and are thus more salient and memorable.

At the end i have to say that if you really want to survive your life without so many stress and all those unpleasant thing you, time to time, have to clean your mind. Absolutely. I tis nothing so hard for example you just have to sita lone in one room, light a candle, play some nice music and started to breath regulary. Then started to concentrate for something nice. Like that you´re on the sandy beach, everywhere is sun and hot, the waves are murmur and you´re just lying and enjoying this everything, this great air and freedom. You can also think about more details like you have there someone with who you feel really good. But this was just an example everyone has its own imagination of realx. And if you just do this once per month you will feel better for sure. And your mind also because its base of you.
